Cabin Rental Reservation Process
Reservation Process for Affordale Smoky Mountain Cabin made easy for our guest with these step by step directions.
We do Not Hold Dates, but We Do Offer Payment Plan Options for Reservations Made 60 Days in Advance or Further Out
**Signed Rental Agreements Do Not Reserve Dates**
*Only Payment Locks in Dates For Your Stay*
1)Customer lets me know if they will be paying half amount(only if outside 30 day window) or whole amount of price quote for this reservation(within 30 day window).
2)Customer signs rental agreement after they have reviewed and then you can either sign and fax to me at (888)779-6927 or scan back into your computer as a document and then email to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
3)Customer pays online invoice I will send once customer lets me know which amount they will be paying
4)I lock in dates on calendar
5)I confirm payment and received rental agreement
6)If this was half payment will send another invoice 30 days before arrival date
7)If this was whole or final payment will send map & keyless entry instructions and the day of check-in you will call office and receive your keycode to get into the cabin, you will be all set for your trip then.
8)Will let you know I have final payment
9)Customer lets me know they have map & keyless entry in hand.
